TopicDoes anyone else not care about police brutality if the suspect is in the wrong?

Just curious how people on this board feel about the subject. All of my friends agree with me, my family agrees, and everyone at my work agrees...

Bottom line? If you are in the wrong, I could give less of a damn what happens to you. Example: Rob a store and try to run away? Idgaf if you got shot in the middle of a dispute because you refused to show your hands in a calm, slow manner. Another one: I think a couple years ago I saw a video of police asking a man to get down so they can apprehend him. He wouldn't, he kept fighting. Eventually one of the officers started choking him to the ground, and everyone kept screaming police brutality. Well... Had he just done what he was asked, this would have never happened.

The ironic thing is, most of the "bad police" videos I ever see is usually the suspect being in the wrong. I literally mean most of them. I never understood why people keep crying. Look, I am a refugee.. I've gone through things that most of you never will. I grew up homeless for half of my life, I went through the minimum wage phase of working a shitty job.. I also ended up graduating college and making a lot of money.

So if you think that I'm going to feel bad about some mother****er who got the short end of the stick because "they chose" to do something illegal, I just dont give a rats ass. I worked my ass of for an honest living, even when I was at the bottom. So I will never feel bad for scum that choose alternate methods.

Where are people like me? Why is it that no one like me speaks out. The bad police crap has gone on for too long. At the end of the day, you chose to not listen to the cop, YOU CREATED an altercation.

I've been on the bad end with police a couple times when I was in the wrong. What did I do? I shut my ****ing mouth, and I did what I was told, and I got to go home every time. I realize I'm in the wrong, I have no right to give them attitude or any eratic behavior that I witness on these "bad cops" videos.

If I was a cop, and you act like a hooligan, I would be compelled to punch you in the face because I don't have patience for you. YOU made a mistake, and now I'm supposed to waste my time and play games with you lmao? A hundred times I see a cop yell "put your hands where I can see them" and the suspect is fidgeting around.. acting like a fool.. being cool... Just put your damn hands up?? Stop acting like a fool.

Does anyone else feel this way? It's almost like youre asking for trouble because you refuse to comply. And the silly thing is, sometimes it's the dumbest thing. Some guy has a screw driver I believe... They asked him like 6 times to drop the screw driver, instead he was acting like an idiot and saying "why I'm not attacking you" and all that idiotic stuff, and at one moment he started to slide his hand inside his jacket. The cop shot him and killed him, the guy had nothing in his jacket... Why didnt you put the screw driver down when they asked you? Why did you reach or pretend to reach in your jacket when you didnt have a gun? Why are you acting like a moron? HOW IN THE HELL is the cop supposed to know that you didnt have a gun in there? It's sensible to assume the worst when youre playing a game of life vs death. If I was a cop, and I ask you to drop something or show me your hands, and youre acting erratically and your hands go somewhere where a potential weapon might be, I will end your ****ing life no questions asked. Because I'M NOT WILLING TO TAKE A RISK ON MY LIFE IN THE OFF CHANCE that you really did not have a gun under that jacket. **** that, and **** anyone who defends criminals.
