Some of the highest quality of life, lowest cost of living, and fair wages equal across the board. Typical ratios of CEO to lowest worker in earnings is 40:1 throughout the world.. Only in the U.S. it is 500:1. You'd need to be mentally ill to not understand the income inequality in the U.S. Even the 0.1% know it, and admit it, as they have in many interviews. They're not doing anything about it because those who have it all, want to keep it all. Lobbyism being at an all time high makes it hard for legislators to enact bills that will favor the poor instead of the rich.
