And in a lot of cases, it's hard to differentiate between subject and object, or if there are two of the same, etc. English is extremely inconsistent, I don't disagree, but with that comes flexibility and versatility. Some languages have strict rules that don't allow for much modification, making it hard for native speakers to understand when a mistake is made, but you can hear any form of a word, or words in a sentence in English and understand well enough the message the speaker is trying to convey to you.
