In fact almost all of the cast, when focused on, have done or tried to do something incredibly dumb or problematic. That is a consistent theme in the show. However, ichigos is the first to really have major significance in terms of how it affects those around her in terms of the character (aka 02) that people (fans) care about. Also, ichigos issue has been a point of contention for the entire series, so theres been a lot more build up . Thats not even the real issue. I think my biggest problem is that we are Over half way done with the series and I can only speculate things about the story. Up until recently there was no real inclination that anyone (except 02) really questioned anything.
