Your settling argument makes no sense. If someone molests my child I want them dead but since that wont happen prison for as long a legally allowed. Im not looking for a payday and to drop charges when I get paid. Prison first, payday second. That is enough to convince me he didnt do it and why settling was smarter for him. Im glad he didnt settle the second time and those people were ousted as massive frauds running a scheme.

And for the record, innocent people do settle when its in their best interest monetarily and/or personally. Clearly the second time around he wasnt willing.
