Waiting for the rest of your group is inevitable when you're not all driving together. If the manager of a Starbucks can't accept this is part of managing a Starbucks, she shouldn't be the manager, regardless of whether race had anything to do with it. --- Who's your favorite character from "Bend It Like Beckham"?
