Streaming yourself playing videogames is like texting while driving. Your performance will be hindered. No, it's not as hard as he makes it. Most of the problems Arin has are ones he creates. As mentioned above, he has a lot of problems with Gyorg (it's mentioned he spent an hour and a half on it) and repeated problems in all of the Zora areas. Why? Because he (a) never uses the shield and (b) didn't bother to read the message that told you about all of the Zora abilities. Or how he did the wrong thing in Snowhead for fuckin' ages because he didn't bother to read some of the NPC dialogue.
