99 times out of 100, your body won't let you pass out, but on the off chance you do, you'll just start breathing again naturally after a short time.
just make sure you aren't near anything where you might hit your head if you do pass out
Well all I did was pull the rope over my bed's head board. So if I pass out I just fall to my pillow. The scary part, tho, was taking it off my neck cuz it felt so tight.
