But you have to get approval from a bunch of different people and have a valid reason for getting a second. It's not an easy process. Unless you are getting out soon. It's a little easier. But the other job has to be flexible and understand that you're military hours could change at any time. Plus, TDYs and Deployments and the like... Also, lihlih is right. My mo ran a homecare for a while. 2 and under was very different from older kids. Especially when it came to having the right creditials.
