Whatever that boundary is, it's related to the same boundary that racially segregates societies and continues to pick winners and losers in post Civil-Rights Act America.

Whatever we want to call it, it absolutely needs to be dismantled.

But you just described why it's bullshit. All those groups integrated and somehow "became" part of the very whiteness that you're arguing needs dismantling. The irish became white. Italians became white. Now Asians and Indians are "white". If there's no way to define it, there's no way to combat it, because the issue isn't systemic. We know it isn't systemic because there are tons of examples of "nonwhite" groups breaking through it.
