Some games are amazing because of how hard they are, it creates challenge. I understand people saying that if it is too hard then they can't enjoy it...but for me it's the opposite! I am a stubborn person who sees things as a personal challenge, and nothing comes close to the satisfaction of conquering something after really working hard at it. You beat your game before me because it wasn't as hard, well congratulations, but I'm happy as hell just from my one accomplishment, possibly happier than you -- and I still have more to do. When it comes down to it, it is just a personal preference, and this was mine.

As stated like a billion times before: games being hard is fine, if its TOO hard you wont even be able to enjoy it.
If you can play a game by just pressing a button once, are you even playing it? That would be the easiest game.
I think people are using bias to think of a game they enjoy that people say is too easy vs a game they dont enjoy which have reputations for being too hard.

If a game is too easy it defeats the purpose if its existence. A game can never bee too hard, as even an unwinable game can still be played.
People who said too hard are not only casuals, but lack desire of self-improvement or thirst for knowledge.
Anybody who lacks desire of self improvement is a waste of flesh as they are static beings like NPCs just enjoying their existence consuming things and waiting to get outmaneuvered and replaced in life.
Thats like saying a book was too easy so you should just watch the movie instead.
Games arent only about gameplay anymore, that era is long past.
Also a game you can't beat because it was made that way is not the same as a game that is unwinable.
