If the other guy was on the ground knocked out and there was nothing definitive from the strangers around them both parties are getting arrested. This sounds like your cousin is making a mountain out of an ant hill, especially with his frivolous lawsuit complaints. Lets use some reason for once and not label this black, white and racist.
