When I was in Maryland, I could buy alcohol after midnight. And I think the bars/clubs close a little later than that. But I could be misremembering. Again, I don't know much about what actually makes it a dry county. I read that it's normally for places that don't sell alcohol at all. But I'm just telling you what I was told when I got here. But I did read that some places prohibit sales a certain way. Maybe this is one of the ways. Idk...

Like combination counties or whatever. A combo of wet and dry or something...
