Him being sued twice for housing discrimination and him continuing to call for the death penalty of black teens who were exonerated seem pretty damning, whats your excuse for that? Being sued for housing discrimination is not evidence of racism (especially when he himself wasn't the one approving permits), nor is calling for the death penalty for people who admitted to committing gangrape.
