No, i dont mean people who throw a lot of parties/drink wine with dinner every night and thus come in several times a week.

People who come in every day, multiple times a day.

So there is this guy whos order I have down pat now. Come in all cheery chatting us up, telling jokes(in a cool way, like i actually like this guy)...orders a half pint of Jacquins vodka. I assume jacquins because its cheap but not the cheapest, so it tastes a little better i guess. He comes in at least once, sometimes 2-3 times a day.

Now, if he doesnt act drunk, which he doesnt, i can serve him. As far as what he does when he leaves, i dont care. I have no clue he is visibly intoxicated when i serve him and him coming back to buy more isnt proof(unless he says he drank it already, which he doesnt). If I dont see him either in the store or through the windows, I cant do anything. I cant go outside and follow him around. I see bottles in the lot of pints and half pints of cheaper liquor like jacquins, nikolai, etc ran over in the lot by cars, so some people do drink them outside. You can walk to my store but suburbs....not too many people walk out like a city.

But then you have people who come in every day or just about who dont seem to want to advertise it. Lady comes in 1-2x a day, buys some wine, asks for paper bags, no plastic, is quiet, makes the sale and leaves.

Not really sure what Im getting at here, but I find this whole new customer dynamic interesting since I am selling alcohol and alcohol alone and our patrons consume it.
