You said about the $500. The only way it can be taxed is if there's some sort of proof showing you're getting "paid". It's not like you're going to get W-2's from that money. You have no idea where the money is coming from so at least for the first year you need to wait and see if you're going to get taxed for it somehow. But I doubt it. About the body part. When you take that pill, well that one is quite risky, cause like you say, you might not be able to choose what body part and how it's changed.
