| Veggeta X 04/06/18 5:48:20 PM #40: | Anyway, my boss was super pissed off the entire day. He said he found out through Linkedin because I guess it said I started being active on it. So he told me he wasn't mad or upset or hold any grudges about what I'm doing. I reassured him people being active always looking for a job is completely normal. He asked me why I started looking for a job and I simply told him me and this company is at a crosspath. I have and want personal growth in ways I want and like, and not for the company anymore. I also told him I feel like the company has hit a wall both in growth and for myself as well. He told me I put him in a bad spot because now he's gotta start looking at resumes.
