I've also seen farms with pigs laying in the mud (it cools their bodies), chickens roaming free and sheep kept in mostly clean pastures - the cows are the only animals consistently in more rugged, dirty conditions Thankfully I understand how biology and chemistry and all that works on a basic level So I know that just because an animal has been rolling around in dirt and filth it doesn't mean their meat is tainted Chickens are more gross than pigs - they'll ACTUALLY eat pretty much anything --- ...
