You're looking at this too broad. The "for those" part doesn't have anything to do with "who like Subway" in terms of the grammar rules of each. You can maybe say "those of you who like Subway" is an object, as a complete phrase but it's broken down into sub-parts that have different structures. The "who like Subway" part of phrase should use "who" because for that part of the clause, you're expecting a subject-verb-object construction. "Whom" never makes sense as a subject.
