Honestly in terms of actually telling the story I feel like it's the best you're going to get short of reading the book. The best musical renditions of it put the story to the side and are mostly presented as a concert - the songs are godly in those performances but for someone looking to experience it for the first time I'd honestly say the movie is better. --- Let the voice of love take you higher, With this gathering power, go beyond even time! ...
