Topic	As unlikely as it is, I hope the next Elder Scrolls has
kind9 04/03/18 7:02:15 AM #8:	Didn't they hype Skyrim up for having a dynamic snow system before it was released? I vaguely recall something like that and I assumed it meant that snow could build up and melt away, but obviously that wasn't the case. It had something to do with snowflakes being particles and not just a static effect.
