Good lord is that character edgy. Regardless, there are multiple Wo Daos in both games - in FE7, Karel and Karla each have one, as does a generic you fight. In FE6, Fir and Karel each have one, and you get another from a village (there might be enemies with them too, I don't remember). True about it being locked to myrmidons (and Lyn who is basically one), but that's distinction FEH no longer makes, so a hard one to preserve.
