| monkeysRfunny 03/29/18 9:34:33 AM #75: | Poor judgement in using lethal force over a taser as his first choice, obviously. But it's not like he just took his gun to some normal law-abiding citizen. There was a mentally unstable criminal jaywalking in traffic, walking towards the cop and not listening to him when he was told to get down. He had around 15 seconds from the first "get down", yet he refused to comply. He could've stopped walking, or he could've at the very least approached with his hands up, but no, he just continued to move forward after menacingly pointing at the cop. The cop backed up, and the guy continued towards him. He certainly didn't look like he was walking up to have a pleasant conversation. I mean the guy was talking to himself and hitting cars passing by. So of course being an insane criminal doesn't mean you deserve to die especially since he was an easy target for a taser.
