I'm sure they're tired of their own company stock plummeting every time Amazon thinks about entering their sector. Walmart invested too little too late in its online presence so kneecapping Amazon is their only hope. Wal-Mart has invested pretty heavily in giving me food, medicine, and other supplies I need on a daily basis, though.
