Maybe a couple other things too. Tomatoes and mushrooms are OK in extremely small amounts in food. Pineapple in foods are fine, but I'm not going to eat the pineapple itself. Banana is fine in banana bread, and apple in fresh apple pie and apple crisp. Cheese is fine, just not as a main ingredient.
