That said, I do feel bad for the animals. I can't afford free-range and organic food though.

A couple documentaries I watched talked about it. What the Health was one of them. there was another one called Forks Over Knives, and I think they talk about it in that one too.

One of those "life coach" doctors I saw once told me about that forks over knives crap. Never bothered to watch it, or go see him again. I have since lost like 40 pounds though by cutting out processed food like pre-made chicken nuggets, and fries and burgers and making my own at home, also saved over like 100 bucks a month too. So yea you can eat healthy by eating meat, just make your own stuff at home instead of buying the processed junk.
