Which isn't the employee's fault either because people are crazy and really will do exactly and storm out mad when nobody tries to disturb them. No no no, fault is with the restaurant. Basically no fast food place has a decent system of leaving the customer alone until they're ready to order (except Sonic). Most of them have one menu, posted in exactly the place where you're supposed to go to order. One menu behind the counter inside, one menu right at the microphone for the drive-thru. They should have one in each of those places, plus one on the opposite wall and one a couple of carlengths back in the line.
