Not really. There has only ever been evidence of throttling happening with Netflix and YouTube (and BT but this won't help).

Also the original post was saying speedtest is not accurate and not to use it. You should actually run both if anything.

Speediest tells you your speed connected to the internet. Fast tells you your speed in case there's any throttling with Netflix and has not been linked to anything else.
