Now if you put in the caveat that they currently align with my views, but may not in the future, then I would probably say no.

what would motivate/cause you to change your views if everyone around you agreed with you all the time? i get looking for improvement, but i don't think that will force you to consider as many alternatives as having someone force you to consider practically the opposite perspective.

suppose everyone agrees with you and the policies you liked led to terrible results. for example, you had economic views that tanked the economy, and now you're like well this is crap, we should change things

but now there's only one party who agrees with the status quo and now you can't convince anyone otherwise.

this is a terrible situation all around. unless you are narcissistic enough to believe that all of your current views are correct and could not possibly lead to bad results.
