Topic	Ivanka Trump now sitting as acting Secretary of State w/o confirmation

Giant_Aspirin posted... also note that Ivanka doesn't even have a security clearance. why does that matter though us liberals are desperately grasping at straws because Trump keeps winning and we can't handle it LIBERALS but on a serious note i was just under the impression that a security clearance was just a very involved background check. my dad had to get one a few years ago and it was basically just checking his record and interviewing our neighbors, and i figure with a public figure like ivanka she's already been vetted for a while right Well... considering parts or all of the Trump family are being investigated for potential collusion with a foreign government, I'd say not having a security clearance and dealing with issues that are sensitive to multiple nations is a pretty big fucking deal. --- I wrote a horror short story collection.
