He is charged with injury to a child after he got into an altercation at Jordan Middle School in San Antonio after he said he grabbed a girl's head into a headlock and slammed it against the wall and caused a bump!! The man, along with a woman and 3 girls were seen arguing in a hallway when the attack occurred John parked his car in the fire lane and rushed to the 8th grader in the girl's restroom where he attacked the girl.
