Bikers cannot be both or it will confuse drivers and cause accidents. I almost hit a kid once because the idiot turned right and then bike onto the pedestrian crosswalk. I thought he was turning right so I made my left turn. He should have gone straight across the intersection so there was no confusion. The only time a biker is allowed on the pedestrian crosswalk is if he gets off his bike and push it across the crosswalk.
