Topic	Uber self driving car has now killed a pedestrian

The only time a biker is allowed on the pedestrian crosswalk is if he gets off his bike and push it across the crosswalk. I mean, how many kids actually learn/know these rules/laws? The parents were with him, so the parents should teach him before allowing him to bike alongside with cars. Bikers need to be more educated but sadly many of them are oblivious to the rules of the road.
