To be fair even the top percent didnt get there by luck. They worked hard to get there tbh. A lot of them having been making videos since 2006-2007

The vast majority of the top do work hard, some got lucky because of being checked out by other top stars (Jacksepticeye, who works hard, got noticed by PewDiePie).

But so many of them have worked hard for a long time, and even they said that's not what matters for the most part. It's about being in the right place at the right time or having a uniquely shitty or annoying gimmick and spreading the word. Ninja, the top twitch streamer, says that the key is to have the foresight to know which upcoming game is going to be the next mainstream thing, and to jump on it as he did with Fortnite.

Yeah so basically if you dont work hard theres zero chance

If you work really hard you atleast have a slight chance of getting up there
