If it's going to be top 4 from each div, I was thinking maybe a page playoff system might work nicely. Baiscally it would work like this 1 vs 2 3 vs 4 Winner of 1 vs 2 goes straight to Quater Finals Loser of 1 vs 2 plays against the Winner of 3vs4 and Winner of THAT game goes to the other quarter final spot It could be something like... 1A vs 2B 3C vs 4D 2B beats 1A and goes to Quarter Final 3C beats 4D and then vs 1A. 1A wins and goes to other quarter final.
