Topic	What's the best way to get rid of depression without using drugs

People say exercise and lift weights but I get exhausted way too fast because of my heart condition. I just deal with it. Playing guitar and videogames help a little bit though, for me. Hanging out with friends also helps. You have to have a certain level of optimism to keep friends when depressed cause otherwise you'll just exhaust people. That's really important.
