Normal, non-freak level athleticism. The ONLY game I have seen that portrays guys like this is the Final Fantasy series (Cloud/Noctis type bodies), but even then they arent presented in a gratuitous manner.

Men like boobs. Characters will have exaggerated boobs.
Women like muscles. Characters will have exaggerated muscles.
Characters will wear clothing that bests showcases said factors.
