they made andy into 'new michael' and did okay with it at first

but then with his unavailability they had to write him off, and i almost think the writers got mad and decided he'd be their final villain, which was a poor choice

He cared about them, at times. Most of the times he lied and cheated them out of stuff.

Merediths wedding?
Lol all the events after hitting Meredith with his car?

Its more about him wanting to be liked than the caring part. I mean hes not an evil sociopath (like when he came to Pams art show) just emotionally immature.
