She was, so far as I was able to tell, the only one in the school to do it that way. Last period was about five minutes longer than all the others, just so you could gather your things before leaving. So my class had to rush out, collect our shit, and run out to the bus/carpool which meant my fat, seventh-grade ass tended to get stuck on one of the tiny-as-hell bus seats with two other people, nearbout sittin' in the damn aisle.
