That seems like a massive drain of resources. It'd be a lot easier to just let the kids go to the 7/11 and get food there Corporations control almost all of our food including public school. Its a billion dollar market getting your brand to supply food products for public schools, and ofc they will be making profit as everything a corporation does is done for a profit in public or private. This seems more like an answer a butthurt communist would give, than the correct answer. Goods and services should be provided by private companies. When government has a monopoly on things, just like any other monopoly, it is never good. I can literally survive anywhere there is edible plants and game to catch. That freedom is what has been taken from you. This is what urbanization does and the mass agrigulture practices used to sustain it. Also, standardized state sponsored education is communistic if anything.
