You can not be attracted to people of a certain race and also not be prejudiced to that race. Personal preference is not racism. However, it would be racist to say, for instance, that White women or Black women are much better than Asian women and present that opinion as a fact. I agree with you, depending on how you mean it. If you just flat out think that all Hispanic women are ugly, then yeah, you're racist. But if you understand that their women are beautiful but just do nothing for you, then it's not.
