Aren't all final Fantasy games after 12 garbage? Type-0 is fun and I like the death theme. The plot is presented in a kind of confusing way unless you talk to a lot of NPCs and read the encyclopedia entries. The 13 trilogy is probably the most flawed. I beat them but didn't get much urge to go back and play it again. Lightning Returns had an interesting battle system though and I wouldn't mind a reworked and improved version showing up in another SE game. 15, which I just forgot about, isn't a good game, in my opinion. It doesn't do anything with the open world despite that being a selling point, some things are very poorly explained, and I just can't get invested in the characters.
