The LGBT groups originally existed to help ensure fair treatment and equal rights for those gay, lesbian, and trans individuals. People who have "kinks" and such are not being ostracized by society and have no reason to be represented by this organization. The only reasons I can think of for doing this are either: 1. The entire organization is no longer stricly about equality, but non-traditional sex and sex fetishes 2.
