Unless you're built like a bodybuilder you're probably carrying around way too much body fat, it's not healthy. I'm 190cm and 100kg as I wrote already. Ideal weight would be between 90-95kg. When I'm dressed, even if it's just a t-shirt, you can't notice any fat. I have strong legs, especially thighs (thicc meme?) and there's next to no fat on them. For example there's no chance I'd ever fit in skinny jeans. Not because of my waist, but because of the legs. Honestly, if I wasn't a lazy fuck that stopped doing sports after my teenage years except for a weekly game of football (soccer) and I put in some work, I'd be looking like an ideal male.
