Unless you're built like a bodybuilder you're probably carrying around way too much body fat, it's not healthy. That's around 220lbs. I have a really large build, and if I weigh 220 I'm likely anorexic. If I weigh less than 200, I'm simultaneously dying from a tape worm and some very angry form of cancer. are you the rock?
