Civilians need tanks, the government has them. Civilians need predator drones, the government has them. Civilians need inter-continental ballistic missiles, the government has them. Civilians need biological weapons, the government has them. Civilians need nuclear weapons, the government has them.
I agree with all of these except for Biological Weapons. Governments are banned from having those.

Yes, even nukes. There's even a thing where you're not allowed to possess the nuclear material, but if they successfully classify it as a bomb then you are legally allowed to possess it. Crazy stuff right? And yeah I do think that should remain in place.
It figures you'd agree with blatant satire, you probably read the Onion as actual news events, too. And do you REALLY think the US doesn't have biological weapons? I did intend to say chemical weapons, though. Which US definitely has and I definitely don't want normal people able to stockpile.
