Is NY Camilla better? Yeah. Is Elincia better? Yep. Is Siegbert better? Hard to argue. Is Brave Roy better? I also agree with all of these characters being better than Mia. Flying/Cavalry have a great advantage in movement flexibility, and the effectiveness of their buffs. Roy/Siegbert with HB and Galeforce is more useful to me than anything Mia can do.
