10 vacation, 10-20 sick or personal (adds up over the year, then pays out anything over 10), 8 holidays, 4 years with the company.

Think I jump up to 15 vacation at 5 years, then 20 at 10 years.

so you get 20 sick/personal days, but if you use fewer than 10 you get a cash pay out for your remaining - 10 days? is that how to read that?

Sort of. It's something like 3.15 hours every two weeks, so 10 days a year. You can only roll over 10 days though, so anything over that pays out on your anniversary.

Since I almost never use sick days though, I've been taking the extra check. You could basically take an extra two weeks of vacation if you wanted to though, since they can be used as personal days.

Sick days also don't count towards any type of negative attendence, so long as you have enough hours to cover the shift.
