Topic	Do gun owners go to bed scared every night?

I mean ya that is a hilarious visual. But no one does this Go ahead and give me one reason why a civilian buys a firearm for civilized life other than out of some irrational fear that their doom is impending dependent on their ability to shoot a guy who has entered their home and is out to kill them. Guns are fun to shoot and collect. They're dangerous weapons though that shouldn't be turned into sport. Whats next, we make grenade throwing legal?
