Alright I was obviously exaggerating but the point of the matter is that you think you as you currently are, are at a place in your life where women should find you attractive. You just listed off basic adult things as your reasons for why women should be attracted to you. Here is the problem, what else do you have to offer? Are you fun? Are you interesting? Have any hobbies? Are you comforting to be around? Do you have career goals (well it sounds like you do now but prior to your current epiphany).
